  • Embedded content (YouTube): The Website may embed content from external services such as YouTube (Google LLC).   • FContact form: First name, last name, company/institution name, phone number, e-mail address, area of interest in BILAB Piotr Wolak’s offer.
  • Analytical data: IP address, device information, browser, location (country), visited subpages – collected via Jetpack Stats if you have consented to cookies.

  • Data from the contact form is stored for the time necessary to respond to your inquiry, no longer than 6 months, unless required otherwise by law.
  • Analytical data is stored for the period specified by Jetpack (usually up to 30 days in the basic version), after which it is anonymized.

  • AZ.pl: The hosting provider for the Website.
  • Automattic Inc.: The provider of the Jetpack plugin, which processes analytical data on servers in the USA based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) compliant with GDPR.

Analytical data collected via Jetpack may be transferred to the United States. Automattic Inc. uses Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
